I (F 47) would absolutely love to date a guy that doesn’t have kids in his 40s. I personally do not want to be a step mom to anyone’s kids. I’ve been a step parent before and I absolutely loved my step son but it’s not an experience I’d do over again. I just see on a lot of dads on dating apps (which is fine) and completely understandable that a lot of people in there 40s are parents.
I personally want someone who has the freedom and flexibility to spend time with. Not constrained by parental responsibilities. The ability to essentially get up and go.. To be able to have financial freedom. I love children and I am not against having kids I just prefer not to have them soon as I feel I’d like to have the freedom to do things right now.
